A message from our Chairman about the passing of Lindsey Graham:
Dear Members,
The Jasper County Democratic Party extends our sincere condolences to the family, friends, staff, and loved ones of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham following the news of his passing.
For more than two decades, Senator Graham represented the people of South Carolina in the United States Senate. While we often held differing views on many issues, we recognize his many years of public service and his commitment to our state.
In moments such as these, we are reminded that public service is a calling that deserves respect, even amid political differences. We join South Carolinians across the state in offering our thoughts and prayers to all who are mourning his loss.
May he rest in peace.
